I have a cockapoo dog and she is very picky when it comes to dog food. There are times where she will turn up her noise at certain foods and it hard to find a specific brand that she actually likes and will eat everyday. When I got a chance to review Evanger's canned and dry food I was not sure if Penny would like it or not. When I opened the kibble for her she was very excited and would not stop eating it from my hand. She treated this kibble like a special treat.

Here is a little background information about Evanger's. Evanger's foods are made with completely human-grade, highly palatable and nutritious foods. This pet food has NO soy, corn, wheat, artificial ingredients, harmful additives, preservatives or by products. Evanger's canned dog foods and be mixed with the dry dog food to make picky eaters like Penny like the food that much more. Evanger's offers a variety in taste, their gourmet dinners offer the additional nutritional benefits your pets need. Natural Vitamins and minerals are blended with the all natural meats for ultimate nutrition that are completely balanced meals for all life stages, ages and breeds.

When our package arrived Penny was very excited and couldn't stop wagging her tail. She wanted me to open up her package right away. She couldn't stop smelling the variety of canned food she received. She even tried to lick the cans. There also a few samples of the dry dog food. I opened up the dog food right away for her to snack on. It was chicken and sweet potatoes and let me tell you she could not get enough. She would take at leaf for kibbles in her mouth right away and gobbled it all up. It was on the smaller side but she seemed to really like this kibble. The other kibbles in the past she would not gobble it up that fast. It would take awhile for her to even eat half of the old dog food.

On the can foods they have a huge variety of dinner kinds for your pet. They have cat and dog food. Of course our little Penny loves the beef, duck and chicken dinners that they offer. When we use this can we get several meals out of this can. She is a smaller dog but she loves the dog canned food. When I give her the can food I mix it with her dog food and she seems to gobble both up. Her favorite can is the duck canned food. She goes crazy when you open up a can and she sit by her dog bowl just waiting for you to give her some. The dog food is moist and smells good for dog food. It easy to get out of the can and gone within seconds. That mean the dog food is Penny approved.

Overall if you have a picky dog like my Penny I would definitely give this line of dog food a try. She still eating it and enjoying it. I am glad that I found a brand that she will actually eat and enjoy. I also noticed that her fur is a better color and softer after eating this brand a food. I would definitely recommend. You can find this at your local pet store or Evangers.com
