Teni & Tayo Creations Kid Products 2020

It been a hard time in the past few weeks with the virus going around our country. I know it hard to find activities that kids can do at home that are S.T.E.M. activities. Recently I was introduced to Teni & Tayo and they offer a 3d Stem Puzzle kit for your kiddos. 

What is STEM you may ask?  S (science), T (technology), E (engineering), M (math). This is great for boy and girls of any age. This is a DIY car toy that will help guide young inventors  they build their own solar powered car. What is also cool not only do you build your own car you can also paint your car yourself. 

This project teaches your child construction process and building skills, it teaches problem solving while building. When my daughter was building the car she had to read the manual her self, follow directions and pay attention to details. It was fun to watch her figure out how to do it by herself. After she done building it she can paint it herself. Then after she done she can she what she created and appreciate it.

What I like about this product that it comes with all the tools you need to put it together. It all provides 6 paints for your car that your able to paint your car. My daughter was able to sit down and put her car together without much problems. She came across a couple issues but was able to quickly figure them out on her own. The manual was easy for my daughter to follow and understand. She was very product of doing this project all by herself without help. She was empowered and was awesome to watch her feel like that. Kidioke Books

Recently I was I was introduced to a children book called Kidioke. When I heard about this line of books I thought it was very creative and I knew I had to share it with my readers. What was clever is that they took songs and turned them into books. 

I was excited when I was able to review Kidioke My Girl by The Temptations. This was one of my favorite songs when I was a girl. I remember listening to this song with my dad when I was a little girl. When I saw that this was one of the options for this book I was very excited. 

When I took the book out I noticed that the book had a durable cardboard. When we flipped through the book the illustration was amazing. The song words manuscript was very pretty. This book could be read or sing a long. On the right side of the book there is a guitar. That guitar plays the whole song which you can follow along with the book. On the top of the book there is a on/off switch. On the bottom of the book you can press the button that will play the song. What I really thought was cool was it played the original song. I kept playing it over and over. I showed this book to my daughter and she absolutely loved this book and they thought it was cool. 

I wish I had these books when I was little and when my kids were younger. I would have gotten the whole collection for my kids. I knew my daughter loved music before bedtime. She also liked bedtime stories. This would make a great bedtime story for children. I would highly recommend investing in this series for your children and enjoy the fun. Four Bears In A Box

Right now it's super important to promote reading with children right now. Currently during this situation children are at home and they have a lot of time to be able to read. 

We were able to receive a book called Four Bears in A Box for review. What I found really interesting was the Author Dreama Denver was the wife of late TV icon and Gilligan's Island star Bob Denver shares for the first time an original story inspired by Bob and their son Colin, who suffers from autism. With their shared theatre backgrounds, Bob and Dreama would read stories to him every evening, using their acting backgrounds to reach through to Colin and bring the book's characters to life. Now, Dreama's Four Bears In A Box gives you the chance to touch the lives of the little ones in your life and take them on a magical journey of imagination and pure joy. 

When I learned that their son had autism it touched me dearly. I work with children that have autism so I could relate to what they said. I was more eager to read this book with my daughter. When we read this book it was amazing. We enjoyed the adventure and the rhyming in the book. I like how the bears were bored at first and then they go on adventure. While going through the pages they were illustrated beautifully and action packed. I will have to say that my daughter and I both got lost in the book. We used our imagination during the story and we went into a nice relaxing place.

Are you a mom like me that loves to paint in her free time? Right now is hard for me to have alone time to be able to paint at this moment, but hopefully soon thing will start getting back to normal around here. Bandit Coffee

When you wake up in our household the one thing to look forward to is the aroma of coffee brewing. My dad is one of the first ones up in the morning. The aroma of fresh brewed coffee always wakes me up in the morning. That is a routine of as now. Usually I get up for work and my dad takes my kids to school. Since the quarantine lockdown in my state things have been a lot different. We're not allowed to go to our local coffee shop to get a latte, ice coffee or a nice cup of hot joe.

The first blend of coffee that we were able to try was their Barista Blend. I really like the name of the blend. This is roasted in New York. The comes in whole bean or ground. We chose grounded because when we grind our own beans it wakes up the whole household. This blend of Ethiopian and Guatemalan 100% Arabica beans was carefully chosen. The Character of this coffee is Caramel, Dried Fruit, Citrus, and Chocolate. My dad really enjoyed this blend. He like the characters of the blend and he said he could taste them. He said he would highly recommend this blend. He even mentioned it was better than Starbucks. 

The next blend that we gave a try was their Bandit Gold. I got a kick out of this name. I loved the Bandit Gold it was very cleaver and I chuckled when I read it. This region is Ethiopia. The characters of this blend is Ripe Fruit, Meyer Lemon and Honey. This is also 100% speciality Arabica Beans. My dad was eager to try this one. He wasn't to sure at first. He did the smell test first. Which I think it's silly. He instantly fell in love with the smell. He tried this blend and he was surprised on how well he liked it. At first he thought that he would not like. He read the characteristics of the blend and was wary. He did try it and he said it ranked up there with the coffees that he enjoyed.

Grain Free Mama's Las Vegas

When it comes to baking and cooking in the kitchen I watch what I make for my kids. I have been dabbling in cooking with gluten free foods. The reason why is recently my son was very sick. He had to go in for numerous test and the test revealed that he was lactose and his body may not like gluten. They recommend trying to cut both out of this diet.

It was simple instructions all you have to follow them and you will having an amazing crust. I was quite surprised on how well it tasted. My son really enjoyed the crust. We had to add pepperoni and cheese. That is their favorite toppings. 

The next product we took a look at is their Delicious Chocolate Crepe Mix. My daughter wanted to try this one out. I let her make it her self. She has been practicing her cooking and baking skills. She had admitted she never tried crepes before and was curious of what it was. There is 8 serving per mix. It also gave measurements for one crepe. This recipe was easy. All you had to do is whip 3 eggs, vanilla, and water. Then you mix all ingredients together. When the edges start to curl up, that is when you will know it done. You can add your topping or fillings of choice in the crepe. You can also either eat this crape cold or warm. 

I was pleasantly surprised with the outcomes of the mixes. They were amazing. Not only did the crepes taste amazing. My daughter had a lot of fun making them. It also comes with a bracelet that has little golden beads and in the middle it says mom. The last bracelet that we received was their smaller crystal white beads. Usually when I wear jewelry I tend to break out or I get itchy while wearing them. When putting on bracelets I was able to stack them and they felt great. I was quite impressed with wireless earbuds. I will admit I am addicted to these earbuds and I'm glad that I found them. I use them for everything. After your done using them sit them in the case and they charge. You also can get up 32 hours how neat is that. I also like how you can bring them on the go. They're small and easy to bring with you. He learns what is to heavy to carry around. He decides what belongs in his backpack- and what should stay out. 

This book has 34 pages which is a decent length book. When we were looking through the book it was bright in color and lots of pictures. My daughter liked that a lot because it caught her eye. It made her want to read the book by herself. She took it in her room and after she was done she asked if she could keep it. She liked it a lot. She was able to relate to the book and wanted to read it with me. It was a fun well written kids book. I would highly recommend pre-ordering it for July. Recently since spending more time at home due to the virus I have taken a liken to cooking different things. I've been trying to make different pizza crust and trying to get that wow factor. On their website they offer two set at the moment. They offer a doll one and a pet one. I'm sure down the road there will be more sets available. 

We were lucky that we received the Paper Pet Pouchpad: My Pup. What comes in the set is there are 6 illustrated sceneries, that representing some daily living activities. It also came with the puppy cut out. What was neat that all illustrated sceneries has a slit where your puppy can go. What I thought was neat when one of the sceneries had a slide. There was a slit down the slide where you could have your puppy go down the slide. I really enjoyed seeing that.  

This set is recommended for ages three and up. I would also have this for siblings. This would be a good way for an older sibling to connect with a younger sibling. The sceneries and the pup are durable paper. This will last awhile and won't get ruined off the bat. This comes all prepared you don't have to punch anything out or make slits anywhere. Which is nice. I remember the days where I had to try and punch something out and was worried I would ruin it.
