Catspring Yaupon

During this stressful time tea always tends to relax me. I love a good book with a glass of warm tea. Finding new brand of tea can be challenging. When I came across Catspring Yaupon tea I was intrigued and I knew I wanted to try their tea that they offered. 

What is Yaupon tea you ask? Its simply the only caffeinated plant native to North America. Consumed for millennia by many indigenous people groups, yaupon has been largely forgotten for the last few centuries. They sustainably wild harvest with incredible, left behind resources in Cat Spring, Texas.

This tea is american tea, sustainable, wild harvested, jitter free caffeine and refreshing and delicious. 

If you haven't tried their teas previously. I would recommend their starter pack. In the starter pack you will receive Pedernales and Lost Maples. Each starter pack has 16 pouches inside. So you will receive 32 tea bag total. What is nice about this tea you can drink it hot, iced and cold brewed. There is enough to share with other, but it that good so you may not want to share. 

The first tea was their Pedernales and that is a clean refreshing, their staple green yaupon celebrates the Pedernales River, flowing around huge slabs of limestone. Enjoy it hot or cold brewed: You'll be relaxed and recharged by the time its vibrant green hue turns earthly brown. 

The Lost Maples is a smooth and mild, their medium roast pays homage to the Lost Maples forest. Bigtooth magnificent array of fall colors echoed by the caramel notes in each cup.

Canapa

When it comes to CBD products it can be overwhelming and confusing at times. To understand what is CBD product and how they work. Some people get confused because they think CBD products will get you high. CBD product do not have TCH in their products and TCH is the one that makes you high. There is a lot of misinformation that is out there and that is why a lot of people get confused and are scared to try CBD products. Also when checking out CBD products I would recommend researching the products that you would like to use before hand. When I take a look at CBD products I make sure they use the right ingredients and that these are pure products which are researched and made.

I was introduced to Canapa who offer a line of CBD products and I was lucky to be able to try two of their products. We received their Spettro and their Acqua Speetro.

The first product that we took a look at is their Canapa Acqua Spettro Water Soluble Drops. This is 900mg and comes in a 1fl oz bottle. This is the first time that I heard about Canapa Acqua Spettro is a water soluble CBD formulation, and is intended to add to your beverages. If you are adding this to your beverage and you get a cloudiness in your drink that is normal don't be alarm. I add to my water personally and I like drinking that way. If you would like you can add it to your coffee, tea, smoothie or even wine. When I first started out trying this product I took half of what was recommended to make sure I had no allergic reactions. I'm always cautious when it come to trying new products. You can always add more when your body gets used to this product. If you are feeling the effects at the lower dosage then that dosage might be the right one for you. The ingredients in this product are filtered water, MCT Oil, whole plant hemp extract, sunflower Lecithin, Quillaja Extract, and Potassium Sorbate.

The next product that we took a look at is their Canapa Spettro 1000mg and this also come in a 1fl oz bottle also. This formula is a full spectrum CBD tincture. This product shows a wide array of cannabinoids outside of CBD, such as CBN, CBG, CBDV, CBDA. This product may contain a tiny amount of THC. They are always farm bill compliant and if this product does contain any THC of 0.3% or less. When we used this product we made sure we shook well before using and you can fill the dropper full, but I always start by using half a dropper to make sure my body can tolerate this product. I place that amount on my tongue. It didn't taste bad at all. It was easy to consume and I would recommend it.

Overall I was quite impressed with their website. I know that I can trust their website and I know what I'm getting. Moonmag Organic Skincare Summer Fun

When it come to skincare I have to be super careful what products that I use. I have very sensitive skin and I can break out while using certain products. There are times where I can break out in bad acne or even hives at times and I'm not using any products. That why I'm always on the search of finding amazing product that will help and nourish my skin.

Moonmag is an amazing organic skincare company. The owner suffered from skin conditions and created a skincare line that is absolutely amazing. We were lucky that we were able to try a few of their products. The first product that we  out was their Goat Milk Lotion. This lotion comes in a 12 ounce bottle. I will be quite honest that I never tried goat milk lotion before. I will admit when I pumped a few drops of lotion out I did notice that it was creamy. It absorbed into my skin quickly and did not leave a ick feeling afterwards. Since I have dry skin I felt like this lotion moisturized it after a few days. My skin started feeling smooth and silky afterwards. The scent to it I couldn't quite get from it. I feel like it kind of smelt like sun tan lotion but they said it smells like coconut. You can use this lotion as much as you would like. I personally put this lotion out for anyone to use in my household. Everyone seemed to like it. My family has been definitely using this lotion. Their hands have been dry due to washing them a lot and hand sanitizer. 

Then we got a few surprised in our box. The first surprise was Goat Milk Soap bars. I'm not quite sure on the scent which I think it's black licorice. This soap bar will help restore the skin's pH and natural defenses. This soap would be great during the quarantine right now. It can help prevention against bacteria,  and viruses and help resolve skin issues like bacne, acne, eczema and other skin disorders. This soap bar is very gentle and can be used on all types of skin. This soap bar comes in four scents: Black Licorice & Coffee, Lavender, Rosemary, and Honey & Oats. 

Then we received a sample of their eye cream. This came in a little jar but it have a few uses to it. I made sure I used it sparingly. I could tell that this eye cream was a whipped product. I took a small amount and put it near the eye area and it rubbed in quickly. It absorbed great and did not irritate the skin. From the sample I would recommend this product. 

The next sample we took a look at is their Silky Milky Cleansing Milk. This comes in a .5 oz bottle. When we used a little in our daily beauty regime it was a nice product. I loved how this product smelled like lavender. It relaxed me right away. I would look into this product more after testing it out. 

I'm glad that I found Moonmag Organic Skincare. I was quite impressed with their products. They were high quality products. Also I was excited that I was able to use these products on my skin. They were very gentle and not harsh which was refreshing. I would recommend taking a few minutes and checking out their other products out on their website.

Tweexy

I know it been crazy the past few weeks. I know this upcoming Mother's Day I want a manicure. I know that I will have to have one at home because everything is closed. Tweexy is a company that offers nail polish holders and and nail files. This would go perfect with other manicures for Mother's Day.

My daughter thought this was amazing. She is at the stage when she starting to want to paint her nails and have mani days at home. Before she used this product she would always struggle finding a place to put her nail polish bottle. With Tweexy nail polish holder it is easier for to paint her nails. It fit on your finger securely. It fits just right on your fingers. Then you put the polish bottle in the middle of this holder and it will hold majority of nail polish bottles. I would recommend testing your nail polish before trying to paint your nails. 

The next product that we took a look at is their blue glass nail file. This glass nail file is made in the Czech Republic from genuine Czech Etched Float Glass and the best quality. There is a feature a unique fine to medium grit double sided etched filing surface which allows you to file your nails with a lighter touch and any direction. I usually don't use nail files due to finding that they damage my nails or I just don't like the feeling. This nail file was gentle and smoothed my nail out in no time. I would highly recommend this nail file. It is one of my favorites. I also like how it has a case to protect it from. I was impressed. 

These two products would go perfect for our Mother daughter manicure. That is what we are planning for on our Mother's Day. We are planning a spa day with my daughter and I. Funbites Spring Review

When my daughter has lunch I like to have bite sized pieces for her due to her sometimes trying to eat to much time at once. Or she loves to have cheese and she tries to stuff to much in her mouth at a time. Sometimes I try to cut in bite size pieces and that does not always work to well. I came across a fun site called Fun Bites. Fun Bites is a cutter that can cut numerous types of foods such as sandwich, pancakes, cheese, melon and so much more.

Well I was lucky that I got to be able to try Fun Bites. They come in two different shapes one a normal square cutter and the other is a heart shaped cutter. I chose to review the normal square cutter. I made a sandwich for my four year old and wanted to try it out so bad. So I followed the directions on how to use the fun bite cutter. I first put the sandwich on the counter. Than I placed the funbites cutter on top of the sandwich. I removed the top popper and I put it to the side for the moment. Then I rocked the cutter back and forth a few times to cut all the way through the sandwich to cut the sandwich in bite size pieces. This is a very sturdy product and do not be afraid to press hard you will not break it!. After doing that step you put the top part back in and push the bite size pieces out. I also love this product because you can wash this by hand or dishwasher safe!! This was very easy to me and very quick and it did not take much time to use. All you do is press down rock it and push it out and you are good to go. I found this handy for even snack time or if were running late and need lunch in the car great way to have fun size bites in the car and no mess. This is a great item to have on hand anytime of the year. I know this is recommend for children but I also would recommend it for elders also. This would be great for elders. I remember when I worked as a CNA we had to cut items up in small bite size pieces and this would be a great investment.

The last product that we received was their Bee & You Bee Pollen Whole Granules. This is a product that I was not aware of before today. I find this one the most interesting. The question is how do you use this product? It can be consumed directly or mixed with food such as milk, museli, yoghurt, or fruit juice. It is recommended to consume at least 2-4 teaspoon by adults. For children it recommended that they get 1-2 full teaspoons per day or as needed. If your baby or yourself has dry skin than this product can help hydrate it. I know this product is perfect for my sensitive skin. There are times where my skin is extra dry and I need a balm to help my dry skin quickly. This balm absorb quickly and does't leave a greasy feeling afterwards which is nice. This product is an all natural blend of luxious superfoods including organic rosehip, sunflower seed, and grapeseed oils. I'm always looking for products that are eco-friendly. During my generation I remember using plastic. I think everything that I used was plastic. Now that I'm older I'm more aware of options out there. I have been looking into more eco-friendly companies. Queen Play Pits

Kids grow up fast. I can't believe that both of my kids are almost teenagers. I wish I could stop the time before I know it they will be all grown up. Play Pits for us by Mom offers a line of deodorants for teens. The designs and scents of the deodorants are pretty amazing. When I took the deodorant out of the package you could smell it and it smelt amazing.

My daughter is getting at the age where she is going to need to be wearing deodorant. Although that chat about wearing bras and using deodorant has been a tough one. I don't even know where to start that conversation because her response is ewww that gross. Although Play Pits deodorant makes it fun for her. When I showed her the deodorant she actually wanted to know more about it. She liked the fact that it had a great scent to it and it said Queen on there. 

The deodorant is a sweet but sultry fusion of lemon, rich amber and jasmine. This smell great all day long. My daughter said if she put it on she could smell it later that night. This does help making her smell fresh all day. It easy to put on and it doesn't clump up while putting it on. I would recommend putting on deodorant on after taking a shower or cleaning your pits with soap and water. 

These are great deodorants for your teens and preteens and I would recommend looking into them. These are fun for kids and my daughter absolutely loves Queen. I would recommend checking their products out on their website.

Walkee Paws Pet Guide

We live in Michigan and when it comes to fall and winter months I get nervous for my pets. When it comes to winter months my two small dogs struggle when  go out in the snow. She is a huge dog lover and she concerned over the germs, chemicals, rain and snow that her dogs were coming in contact with their daily walks. She tried normal dog booties and her dogs hated them. We're lucky that we received two pairs of Walkees. One for Penny and one for Lucy. We received a skull one and one that was black and polka dots. What I like about these that there easy to put on your fur baby. Although Penny it was easy Lucy on the other hand was a little difficult. In the picture you see at the paws there is a rubber foots. There also has grippers on the bottom of the foot. Penny seemed to like this product and she went outside and walked a lot outside. Lucy not so much she kept trying to bite at it. We were sent two dips to give a try. The first dip that was sent to us was their Bacon Lovers Dip. If you love bacon than this dip is for you. This is full flavor is delight to any person who loves bacon. This dip is easy to make and will take less then ten minutes to make. This will be a hit at your party and easy to make. This package can make a party dip, cheeseball or use as a dry rub. Its easy to make a party dip all you have to do is add 1 cup maybe and 1 cup of sour cream with a package of dip mix and stir until throughly blended. You can service chips, pretzels or crackers with this dip. How to make a cheeseball is to mix 1 package with two 8 oz pouches of softened cream cheese. Put in the refrigerator to harden just enough to form in to a ball. You can also use this as a dry rub, mix or toss up to 1 package with your preferred meat prior to grilling.

Then if your are looking for a dessert dip than Carmel Sea Salt. This has an amazing sweet and salty with a caramel flavoring. You can make a cheesecake or filling with this dip. You mix in a 8 oz soften cream cheese with 1 package of dessert mix until it smooth. Then you mix in 8 oz whipped topping of your choice with a spatula. Then you pour in your pie shell. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. You can make frosting with this mix also. Take one package and mix with softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and mix with a hand mixer. Spread or pipe frosting on a cooled cake or cupcakes. The last thing you can make a cheeseball. Mix this package and 16 ounce of cream cheese. Put in the fridge until firm and form a ball.You can add things to this if you like. Like crushed cookies or crackers on top.

Ice Chip Candy

When it comes to candy in my household it goes quickly. I won't lie that my  is obsessed with candy. I limit her of course but she is obsessed and always asking for it. I do worry about how much sugar she intakes when she eats candy. Well as a mom I'm lucky does love her veggies as well. 

I was excited when I learned about Ice Chips Candy. This is a sugar free candy and let me tell you it taste amazing. I have tried these in the past and we loved them in the past and we still love them. What I have noticed about this product is that they have a lot more variety of flavors now then they used to. We received their variety pack that includes six full tins with their most popular flavors. We received their Berry Mix, Peppermint, Root Beer, Lemon, Cinnamon and licorice. 

Berry mix is tart and tangy when you try it. This flavor is supposed to remind you of when you picked those amazing berries.

Peppermint taste like peppermint. I love this flavor and I put this in the car. When I go in somewhere I always pop one of these. They are amazing. 

Licorice is my favorite. I don't have to worry my kids are not fond of this flavor. That means more for me. Although I can't blame them when it gone within a few days. 

Cinnamon is another good one. If your a fan of red hots than this ice chip is for you. I like this product and they're amazing. I only can eat a few at a time or it overwhelms me. 

Lemon flavor was ok. It wasn't my favorite. My kids gravitated towards this more. They said it tasted like lemonade and they liked it. 

The last flavor was root beer and this was a favorite in our household. It seemed like everyone was fighting over it. I would say it tasted just like root beer. I couldn't get enough.

Overall I love this candy. I feel like I can't put the tin down. What I like about this candy that it sugar free, but you would never be able to tell. If you're not fond of those flavors that is ok. Gray Matters Game

Finding something to when your home in quarantine can be hard at times. It been a few weeks here thats everyone been home. The kids handled it well so far, but you can tell they're starting to get buggy. So find things for them to do is kind of hard at times.

This is perfect for family night and give you something to do while your at home during the quarantine. 

The second game that we were able to ry is You Bet Cha. This is the original version of this game. There is three ways to play this game and it determined by a roll of the dice. This is a combination of the fun wagering against your opponent's trivia knowledge with a race against the clock making for fun time. When I took out the game at first I was overwhelmed. Although when I read the instructions it was a lot more simpler than I thought at first. This game includes 100 custom poker chips where you are able to wager on questions. Six dry erase boards and makers to write your answers down. There are 168 subject cards and containing 3000 answers. This reminds me a lot like poker but it trivia instead. It a lot of fun. Where you wager the amount for each question. This was a lot of fun to play with my kiddos. 

Overall both game would make great games to play at Family Game Night. Right now this is what families need during this quarantine. We had a fun time trying out both games and it brought a lot of smile and laughs. I would highly recommend looking into this website for fun games that are available.

Griddly Games

While stuck at home with two kids for over a month. Things can kind of getting boring for them while being stuck at home. That is where I try to find fun and interactive things for them to do while at home. As a parent right now we're doing homeschool at home, but I also put STEM activities in their learning so they can do hand on activities. Just doing book work that the teachers send home can be kind of boring.

Turdcules Spring Review

I know this maybe a little gross and a little personal but there are times I go in the bathroom and I feel like throwing up. Sometimes my kids forget the flush or their poop smells awful. One thing as an adult I forget sometimes that children has stress just like . Majority of the time children don't show signs of stress but it's tearing them apart.
