ProFlowers Review

Is someone in your life retiring soon? Looking for that special gift for that person retiring? Why don't you stop at ProFlower and check the variety of gifts that they offer. I know you may think that ProFlower may just offer flowers as gift, but that is not the case. They offer a variety of different product on their site. They offer beautiful flower arrangements, gift baskets, berries, cheesecakes, plants and so much more. I was pretty impressed on the selection of different gift available on their site. 

ProFlowers has generously given me a gift certificate to place and order from their site to conduct a review. I have spent at least and hour on their site trying to make a decision what to order on their site. I honestly could not make a decision on what to get on their site. Their were to many choices to choose from that I was interested in. Which was a great thing because their was a variety and I did not just have to settle.

I finally came a decision what I wanted to order from their site. I ordered the cheesecake trio with mini berry bites. When I received this order ups, I had an issue and had to call ProFlowers customer service. I will say I do not like calling customer service due to getting frustrated with customer service. Boy was I wrong. I wanted to mention that I talked to customer service because they are far the best I have ever dealt with. They were nice and listen to my concern. They did not try to get out of the problem they fixed it with out any arguing. The lady that I dealt with was very understanding and friendly. She even joked and had a conversation with me. Although she could not replace the order due to they did not offer the same package. She found a solution and sent me something else. She also had it shipped the next day so I would have it in time. Although I told her that they did not have to do it, she insisted to me that I should let her. I would highly do business with them again because I know if I have an issue they will fix it but I do not see that happening though.

The product that I received was a dozen covered strawberries and cheesecake trio. When I received this package it came in two nice boxes. One box came with the three personal cheesecake and the other came with the dozen strawberries. The cheesecakes came in three different flavors. The came in Classic New York Cheesecake, White Chocolate Cheesecake, and Rocky Road Cheesecake. What I like about these cheesecake that they were mini cheesecake and perfect for a single person. I thought that white chocolate cheesecake would be my favorite one out of the three but my favorite one was the Rocky Road Cheesecake. 

Than it came with twelve swizzled covered Strawberries. When I opened this box I was highly surprised in how big these strawberries were. I have never seen a strawberry that big. This box came with 4 strawberries that were dipped with milk chocolate with chocolate chips. 4 strawberries dipped with white chocolate. Then their was 4 strawberries dipped with dark chocolate. I was highly impressed with the taste of the strawberries they tasted so delicious and the chocolate was great also. This would be a great gift.

I would recommend ProFlower as gift in any occasion you are looking for. Their product are amazing and also their customer service is amazing.
