Mary Helen Clothing Review by Confessions of a Messy Momma Giveaway

I recently discovered Mary Helen Clothing and have fallen in love.  Mary Helen clothing is a Cincinnati based company and the clothing is handmade here.   Mary Helen always knew that she wanted to create clothing for little girls with the fun imagination that she had.  I love Mary Helen’s words:  “I want young girls to know how beautiful they truly are, and be able to express themselves through the clothes they wear. I feel that Mary Helen clothing will lead girls into a life of high self-worth and beauty through fun loving, age appropriate clothing that makes them feel beautiful, confident and proud.”

The clothing is so fun and my girls loved looking through the line and deciding on one piece of clothing was the hardest part.  I finally chose the Phoebe Dress.  I love the longer sleeves for the colder weather and it was the only reason I chose the Phoebe Dress over the Kinley Dress, which is adorable also.  The Phoebe dress is just gorgeous.

The first thing I notice about the Phoebe dress was the quality of the fabric.  It is such a beautiful but fun dress.  My oldest loves this dress and it pairs perfectly with her nice warm boots.  I know that this dress is going to be handed down to my third daughter with ease.  Some clothing does not hold up well to the wear and tear of children.  The picture above doesn’t do it justice.  It is getting colder where we are so taking a picture outside wasn’t an option and I couldn’t get good lighting.  That’s why I included the first picture.

I recommend Mary Helen Clothing for my 2013 Holiday Gift Guide.  Little girls (at least min) develop their own styles and the clothing from Mary Helen Clothing is definitely full of style.
