I love to cook when I am home and I am always open to new options and new products to use when I am cooking. Pereg is a company that is offers natural food ingredients for your cooking experience. I was lucky that they sent me one of their products for review. They sent me a 1lb 453g Teff Multi-Purpose Flour. This flour is non GMO, all natural and gluten free, and vegan.
What I like about this flour on the back of the package there was a recipe for a desert that looked pretty interesting. I decided to use this flour for the Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Tart pie crust. I like how they offer amazing recipes with their products. This product retails for 5.99.
