We know holidays are just starting this week with thanksgiving. Now parties are starting for the holidays such as Christmas parties and New Years Parties. What would be great if your hosting a party to have a nice cake, cheesecakes, quiches, or tarts. I know I love to bake around the holidays and show off my baking skills. The one things that frustrates me when I bake I can not get what I am baking out of the pan. Sometimes it embarrasses me because I try to put together what I was baking together again. Even though it tasted great it did not look good. 
I came across a great tool to make your great cheesecakes for the holidays this year! I was very excited to be able to try a push pan that was made by Kuhn Rikon. I was skeptical at first because I have not found anything that worked. When I put the bottom in it kind of fit a little snug which I though it would come out not the way it should of. Well today I wanted to test this push pan before the holidays started to see if I would really use it. Today I made a cheesecake it did not come out the way I wanted to but it was not due to the pan. It was because I did not follow the directions completely. Although I put the crust down in the pan first and than put the cheesecake filling in. I baked it for about 40 minutes and than put it in the fridge for about 4 hours. When I took it out this was the final test would it work. I put some pressure on the bottom of the pan. The cheesecake came out right away with no problems. It did not fall apart or stick on the pan. I love this pan and it is my new best friend. I would recommend if your baking for a party this year you should invest in a Push Pan from Kuhn Rikon. You will see the pictures on how well it came out and how good it looked.
