When it comes to coffee it is a must have in the mornings and finding the right blend can be difficult at times. There are so many different coffee's out there and a variety of different blends. It almost a journey to find the right one that matches what taste, flavoring and blend that you prefer.
Recent I was introduced to a company called Folly Coffee and they offer a variety of different blends of coffee. What I found unique about this coffee is the labeling of the coffee and a couple of the names of the coffee.
We were excited that we were give the chance to take a look at a couple of their . We took a look at their Folly S.O.B. Expresso and their House Bean. This blend of coffee was Minnesota Roasted.
The first blended is a House Coffee Bean that comes in 12oz. What I like about this bag that it has a reusable seal on top. This helps keep your coffee fresh. Which is amazing. The worst thing that can happen is when makingThis coffee is a whole bean coffee that will need to be grounded to your liking. This coffee is a fruit forward and sweet with a smooth, bitter-free finish. You can tell that when they are making then blend that they go through a careful process and careful roasting. Their goal is to bring out the fruit like flavors and a natural sweetness that jumps out of the cup.
The second roast that we got to take a look at was their SOB Expresso. This is a Single Origin Blend is an invention truly our own. When you taste this expresso can tell that they spent a lot of time getting that right blend and flavor. This has a great balance and richness of being a well executed blend. How they make this roast is that they take a coffee from a single origin, roast a portion of it light to bring out the best flavors of the origin and roast the remaining portion darker and more developed to bring out a rich, smooth depth of flavor. When it blended, this how it creates an espresso unlike any other. When tasting this espresso it taste amazing. It taste rich, smooth and balanced. This also come in a 12 oz bag.
What is nice about these blends is that they roast them once a week and then they send them out the next day. Which means you get fresh roasted coffee. Which is amazing.
