We were excited today when we received another package from Roaster's Marketplace today. In our package we received another bag of Coffee. This is from the company Fuzzy Monkey Coffee Company. On the package of this coffee it shows a Monkey that looks like a shape of the sun. The label of the coffee states that it ground coffee. The ingredients 100% Arabica Coffee. 

When looking at the package it says that its a ground medium roast. This comes in a 12 oz bag. The description of this Chocolate, Melon and Orange Notes with Bright Acidity and Medium Body. My dad was curious on trying this one. When I took it out of the box I could smell it through the package. 

I was impressed with this months pick. So far Roaster's Marketplace as sent us a great variety of different coffees. I also love how Roaster's Marketplace send a different coffee brand to your house every couple weeks. It connects me with different coffee brands that I never heard of and would have never tried before now. Are you looking for a great brand of coffee? I know having that perfect cup of coffee is important in the morning. Recently we found and amazing coffee company called Yes PLZ Weekly. What is cool about this company is they offer coffee and it can be delivered right to your door. 

How Yes PLZ Works is that you go to their website and pick which bag that you would like delivered to your door. The difference between the bags is one 12 oz and one is 8.8 oz. After choosing which bag then you decide how often you would like it delivered to your door. I like this option is that you could have it delivered it weekly, bi weekly or monthly. What ever option works best for you. With every purchase you will receive free shipping which is nice. 

What I like about Yes PLZ Weekly is they offer decaf and regular option. Depending which one you prefer. I was able to receive a sample of their regular blend. What I like about the label is they post when the coffee was toasted. Our bag we received was regular and it came with whole bean coffee. This comes in a resealable bag which is a major plus for me. I like being able to seal the bag up after using so it keeps it fresh. 

This blend was nice my dad said. He said that this blend was amazing. It was easy to ground up and make coffee with. The taste smooth and rich. This bag of coffee can give you about 18-25 cups of coffee. I really find that this company is really interesting and I love how they will deliver the coffee to your door. In our box that came in the mail today we received Evansville Company Colombia Cafe Especial de Montalvo coffee. This comes in a resealable bag which is a major plus for me. That is one the deal breakers for me. It has to be in a resealable bag. I like that feature and how it keep my coffee nice and fresh. 

When we took a look at this bag of coffee the first thing that I noticed was the smell. The aroma of this coffee was amazing. I kept catching myself taking another sniff. This cleaner is a non toxic and has an amazing scent to it. This spray is an all purpose that is perfect to clean nonporous surfaces throughout your home. When you use this spray you will pick up scents  like roasted coffee. If you like the coffee aroma you definitely can pick this up in the cleaner. When it comes to coffee there are times where it can upset my stomach due to the acidity and I have to be careful. There are also days where I drink to much coffee that I become jittery and i don't like that feeling either.

Are you looking for something unique? I know sometimes the same old gets quite boring. I like to spice it up and try something new. That reminds me of Kikkerland. You won't find the same ole boring products that you normally find at your local store. Their products are unique and products that I never even would think of. 

We received several different products to take a look at. The first product that  took a look at was their Brass Collapsible Coffee Dripper. What I like about this dripper is that you can collapse it. It easy to pop up and put down. Which make it easy to store. It's easy to put the filter in the dripper. It hold pretty well and putting the coffee grounds in it stay put. It doesn't fold or rip throughout using it. It's easy to clean and put away. I would recommend having one of these at home. 

The next product that we took a look at was their Huckleberry Motor Boat. This is a fun out of the box project that you can do. This come with a 2 bladed propeller. This comes with two triple AAA batteries. This is a waterproof motor. You can make any boat creations or something else to make float. This will make your children use their creation to make a boat or something that can float. Which I think this is a great activity for children while they're stuck at home. 

The next product that we took a look at was their Huckleberry Dual Magnifier. If you have a youngster who like to go on adventure this would be great to go outside and use this dual magnify glass. This is perfect for checking out bugs that are out side, leaves and rocks and so much more. You can these things close up with 5x and 10x magnification. This is shatterproof and comes with a carrying loop to attach to your backpack when your out on adventure. 

The clip set is a perfect addition for your kitchen. This has several clips that you can use for different snacks in the kitchen. It also can be used for coffee that you have in your kitchen. The one clip has a scoop that you can use in a bag of coffee. While there is a scoop it also has a clip that you can use to close up your bag to keep it fresh for the next day. 

Overall I was really impressed with the Kikkerland company and the products that they offered. They're unique and you won't find these product anywhere else. The bring creativity and a lot of fun. You can find these product on their website.

The next flavor is Dark Chocolate Puremade Sauce This is a rich taste. Which is amazing. If you like dark chocolate than this sauce will be for you. Folly Coffee

When it comes to coffee it is a must have in the mornings and finding the right blend can be difficult at times. There are so many different coffee's out there and a variety of different blends. It almost a journey to find the right one that matches what taste, flavoring and blend that you prefer.

Recent I was introduced to a company called Folly Coffee and they offer a variety of different blends of coffee. What I found unique about this coffee is the labeling of the coffee and a couple of the names of the coffee.

We were excited that we were give the chance to take a look at a couple of their . We took a look at their Folly S.O.B. Expresso and their House Bean. This blend of coffee was Minnesota Roasted.

The first blended is a House Coffee Bean that comes in 12oz. What I like about this bag that it has a reusable seal on top. This helps keep your coffee fresh. Which is amazing. The worst thing that can happen is when makingThis coffee is a whole bean coffee that will need to be grounded to your liking. This coffee is a fruit forward and sweet with a smooth, bitter-free finish. You can tell that when they are making then blend that they go through a careful process and careful roasting. Their goal is to bring out the fruit like flavors and a natural sweetness that jumps out of the cup.

The second roast that we got to take a look at was their SOB Expresso. This is a Single Origin Blend is an invention truly our own. When you taste this expresso can tell that they spent a lot of time getting that right blend and flavor. This has a great balance and richness of being a well executed blend. How they make this roast is that they take a coffee from a single origin, roast a portion of it light to bring out the best flavors of the origin and roast the remaining portion darker and more developed to bring out a rich, smooth depth of flavor. When it blended, this how it creates an espresso unlike any other. When tasting this espresso it taste amazing. It taste rich, smooth and balanced. This also come in a 12 oz bag.

What is nice about these blends is that they roast them once a week and then they send them out the next day. Which means you get fresh roasted coffee. Which is amazing. Are you a coffee lover? Then you will be interested in Steeped Coffee. When I learned about this company and what they had to offer I was pretty impressed. This company does offer starter sets, subscriptions and you can buy their products separately. This company offers you a variety of different options which is nice. 

What is different about this type of coffee it reminds me of tea bags. Where you put the bag in your cup and then add the hot water and bam there you go. Although this is not tea and it is coffee. Steeped Coffee offers 5 different roasts that you can purchase. 

The first roast that they offer is Sunrise Blend Light Roast. This is winery, cocoa and lemon lime. The Sunrise Blend has a balance of cocoa and hints of fruit peeking through. This washed coffee from the Huila region of Columbia is a mix of Castillo and Caturra varieties. The unique of this blend is that they have a layer of dark and light to it. Which makes it a nice interesting taste. 

The next roast that they have to offer is their California Blend Medium Roast. This is a balanced, inviting, sweet roast. This is a classic blend that is one of our favorites. This is a balanced acidity and chocolaty body are complemented with aromas of dessert like sweetness and toasted coconut year around. This was one of my dads favorite out of the five. 

The next roast that they offer is they Odyssey Dark Roast. This is S'mores, dark chocolate, caramelized. This is characterized by its deep structure and full body, the Odyssey blend yields a dark chocolate flavor and caramelized sweetness for the best experience ever. This is like having dessert and not indulging to much. This is great to have a coffee after dinner like dessert. 

Driftwood Blend French Roast in the next one that they offered. This is a fudge, molasses, full bodied coffee. This is a smooth and steady, the french roast Driftwood Blend uses caramelization to bring together creamy dark chocolate and dark sugary sweetness for the most delicious of treasures. 

The last roast that they offer is Eventide Decaf Swiss Water Processed. This is Blackberry, molasses and graham cracker. If you want to have all the flavor without the caffeine, Eventide Decaf has never tasted so good. This is 100 water processed and you don't have to worry about any chemicals. This decaf blend is balanced with low toned flavors with just a hint of fruitiness to tie the whole experience together.

Kitty Town Coffee Coffee Guide 2020

Two questions that I have for you. Do you love coffee? Do you love cats? I  thought that I would put coffee and cats together. Recently I was introduced to a unique fun company called Kitty Town Coffee.  Where they put cats and coffee together.

I was excited that I was able to try two of their blends that they have. I was able to try their Fezzik and Albert. The first that we took a look at was their Albert blend. Albert blend is super smooth breakfast blend that is from Costa Rica and Brazil. When you look up this blend this is their most popular one. When I tried it I would have to agree. It was a smooth tasting blend with a little bit of nut to it. I would have to agree with Kitty Town Coffee that it did taste a little on the sweeter side. I didn't have to add any creamer to this coffee. Which I usually end up having to. I also would have to say when I took it out of the box I kept smelling the coffee. I'm really bad at that and I'm not sure if I'm the only one  love the smell of coffee. 

Then we gave Fezzik a try. This blend was more my dads style then it was mine. He is more into the Medium Dark Roast coffee. This coffee bean was from Brazil. This coffee was rich and earthly and had hints of dark cocoa to it. This is a full city roast. or medium dark. What my dad mentioned that this isn't like the normal dark coffee that he has tried in the past. He said he usually not the biggest fan on dark roast due to it being bitter tasting. He said this blend had no bitter tasting to it what so ever. He was pleasantly surprised on this roast and fell in love with it. 

What I love about this company is that is different. It's not your typical coffee shop. Yes they have amazing blends and their coffee is amazing. It also brightens up your day. When i was looking around and learning more about these cats it brought a smile to my face. I will admit I don't have a cat at home, but I have two dogs. If I'm honest I love cats although I'm allergic to them. I still love the concept of this company. I also love the packing of the coffee that each one has a cat on their. What if I told you that Peak State offer a coffee, but its not the normal coffee that you think of? This is a functional whole bean coffee but it has mushrooms in it. What did I just say? Yes I said that this coffee is made of mushrooms. I will admit that I never in my life would think that coffee would be made out of mushrooms. It stumped me at first because when it arrived it smells amazing. The smell of the coffee is the best that I have smelt in a long time. 

This product is fair trade organic whole coffee beans. It's a medium roast coffee that this Abrabica infused with functional mushrooms and formulated with lower acidity. This is also has immune boosting blend of functional mushrooms. This is synergistic blend of organic mushrooms extracted sustainably sourced from the United States and infused into the beans using a proprietary process. 

When we received our bag to try it came in a 12 oz package. It came in whole beans. It was no grounded so we had to do it ourselves which was not a huge deal to us. It was who bean so it was nice and fresh. Usually we have it grounded due to kids are sleeping in the morning and we don't want to wake them up during that process. I do agree now after I tasted this coffee that there are full benefits of functional mushrooms, you can't just grind them into powder you need to extract the active ingredients out of the chitin. The first roast that they offer is Sunrise Blend Light Roast. This is winery, cocoa and lemon lime. The Sunrise Blend has a balance of cocoa and hints of fruit peeking through. This washed coffee from the Huila region of Columbia is a mix of Castillo and Caturra varieties. The unique of this blend is that they have a layer of dark and light to it. Which makes it a nice interesting taste. 

The next roast that they have to offer is their California Blend Medium Roast. This is a balanced, inviting, sweet roast. This is a classic blend that is one of our favorites. This is a balanced acidity and chocolaty body are complemented with aromas of dessert like sweetness and toasted coconut year around. This was one of my dads favorite out of the five.

First lets take a look at their Caffeinated Snack Bar. We received Salted Carmel Macchiato, Fudy Mocha Latte, Peanut Butter Mocha. These are NON GMO. Each pack is 1.6 oz. Each bar is made with organic dates, oats and roasted coffee beans.  This has 80mg of caffeine in it. They founded Eat your Coffee as coffee deprived college students. Now there on a mission to energize lives with tasty, caffeinated with fair trade coffee and made with real ingredients. So you can feel energized with every bite. Each one was unique and tasty. I know that I could only eat on at a time or I would get to jittery. Although these were amazing and the flavors were awesome. It's hard to choose a favorite but my favorite  was the Salted Carmel Macchiato. 

Then we received the snack bites. We did receive three of them but one is a duplicate. We received Mocha Mint and Cocoa Espresso . The net wt .8 oz bar. This is a snack bite where you can eat it a few bites. This has 65mg coffee in these snack bites. Out of the two I really enjoyed the mocha mint.

I'm a huge fan when it comes to flavor coffee and this blend is just a treat. I love Vanilla Macadamia Nuts and this blend gives you that. The last blend that we were able to try is their Coconut Caramel Crunch. This  was amazing. It is hard for me to caramels are usually tough to chew. These were soft and enjoyable. You could taste the expresso in the caramels and they had just the right blend together. It was difficult to make them last. When you had your first one you couldn't put them down. It took a lot of self control.
