15 day cleanse

This product can be great if you follow the instructions. This is a 15 day cleanse and it has some pretty powerful ingredients to help clean your system out. I took the recommended dosage with a full glass of water to help the supplement work. The supplements are easy to take and swallow. I have not negative side effects while taking this cleanse. I do not experience any abdominal pain. Sometimes when taking this cleanses you can experience or when you are taking to much of one you can experience. I have not.

I do at time have the problem of being backed up but with taking this problem it has taking that problem away which is nice. It has cleared everything out of my system. I feel lighter and just generally better. I have been noticing that I have spurts of energy and finding my self not tiring as fast as I used to. I have had more energy so I have been exercising and working out. I notice that I have been shedding some weight over the couple weeks I have been taking this.
